Bible or Not ® Announces Online Bible Game Version 2.0

The Official Bible or Not Game Version 2.0 for the Web Now Available. Popular Free Bible Game Touts Facebook, Twitter, Favorites, High Score and Many Other New Features.

January 13, 2012 – Bible or Not ^®, the popular Bible game for iPhone, Android and the Web, announces a new version of its free online Bible game. Version 2.0 of Bible or Not is based on user feedback, requests for more functionality and improved usability. Bible or Not is a simple quote game that provides fun and education for Bible readers and quote enthusiasts alike.

New game features include giving players the ability to choose between the New International Version (NIV) and the New King James Version (NKJV) of the Bible, to save high score, save favorite quotes, share quotes and high scores, Like on Facebook, login and change profile settings, and submit feedback. The game also has a new, more intuitive, graphical user interface.

Click the “New Game” button to begin a new game. A random quote will appear in the quote box, and you the player selects “Bible” or “Not” clicking the corresponding button. The player is told if the answer was correct or not, and is awarded or penalized points based on the degree of difficulty of the quote.

New Bible game features include:

Settings – Some prefer the New International Version while others like King James. Now players can choose between the NKJV or NIV versions of the Bible quotes used in the game.

Favorites – Like a quote you see? Simply click the Favorites star and the quote is saved in your Favorites screen. There is no limit to the number of Favorites allowed, and players can share favorite quotes at anytime with anyone via email, Facebook and Twitter.

Share – Share random quotes, favorite quotes and high scores via email, Facebook and Twitter. Send a direct message to a friend, post to your Facebook Wall or Tweet as much as you like. Each time a player shares, they can customize the message – so whether they are bragging about their most recent high score or adding insight or personalization to a quote, this feature provides the flexibility to do so.

Facebook Like – Any player can “Like” Bible or Not and post to their Facebook Wall with an easy one-click Facebook Like button.

Save Score – Compete against other Bible or Not players when you Save your high score and see how you stack up on the Top Scores screen. Players can also share their high score with family, friends and followers via email, Facebook and Twitter. In order to keep the game challenging, once a player Saves their score, that score is saved as the player’s high score and then the current score is reset back to zero. Every player’s high score is based upon a single game playing session.

Sign In – Players can sign in, to save their high scores and favorite quotes, using their email address or Facebook account.

Profile – Displays player information including Player ID and email address. If  a player is logged in through Facebook they will see their Facebook ID and name. If they have created their account with an email address, this screen allows players to change their password.
